Genetic, preclinical and early clinical evidence links both receptors to disease activity. The drug established proof-of-concept in a Phase 1b study in cutaneous lupus erythematosus and received FDA Fast Track designation for systemic lupus in May 2025. A Phase 2 trial in systemic lupus is ongoing. Data is expected in the second half of 2026\. If positive, Beeline intends to move directly into pivotal development.
